Responsibilities

• Assisting the daily QC/RD checks on production samples, raw materials and final products
• Performing timely and accurate analysis of requires samples

Requirements

• A recognise certificates in Chemical/Processing Engineering; and/or
• SPM with at least 1-2 year relevant experience in chemical or oleochemical lab environment
• Able to work independently with good communication and writing both in English and BM
• Proactive and good basic mathematical skills
• Able to operate basic Ms Excel and Ms Word operations
• Specific vision abilities required include close and colour vision
• Candidate must be ready to work long hours of continuous concentration
• Willing to work on shifts

Responsibilities

Perform engineering duties in planning and designing tools, engines, machines and other mechanically functioning equipment. Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipments (e.g. pumps, agitators, valves, steam systems, utilities etc):

• Oversees installation, operation, maintenance and repair to ensure that machines and equipments are installed and functioning according to specifications
• Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications
• Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and to make recommendations to maintenance crew
• Develop and test models of alternate designs and processing methods to assess feasibility, operating condition effects, possible new applications and necessity of modification
• Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition
• Ensure routine preventive maintenance, trouble shooting, inspections, repair and overhauls on equipment associated with mechanical (e.g. compressor, boiler etc)
• Operate and maintain in proper condition all test equipment, precision tools, hand tools and equipments
• Assure that inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, consumables and special replacement parts are available continuous operation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar position within the industry, preferably in green/new technology, renewable energy and oleochemical/chemical process industry
• Sound knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
• Proficient in the English language and computer literacy is essential
• Be able to prepare progress reports and management presentations
• Excellent coordination/ communication skills and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the process design plant operation, establish scale-up methodologies, equipment trails and process optimization
• Provide process engineering to laboratories, pilot plants, demonstrations and commercial operation
• Develop heat and material balances, process flow diagrams (PFD), piping & instrument diagrams (P&ID), equipment sizing/specifications, SOPs and other process engineering capabilities
• Assist in effective cost and project improvement initiatives to meet the Company’s principals
• Familiar with problem solving technique and able to facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering with at least 3-5 years experience in the chemical processes especially in oleochemicals
• Knowledgeable in Autocad 3D, Ms Windows, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledgeable in Statistical Process Control and ability to initiate small improvement project
• Excellent communication skills and able to organize, supervise and motivate staff in manufacturing environment operation on 24/7 and shift rotation
• Able to play a role of mentor-mentee to continuously improvement team knowledge and capability in running the plant efficiently
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal skills, intellectual and management skills and good working attitude

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of operators on a rotating shift schedule
• Execute and coordinate operational schedules and manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets specification
• Ensure plants are operating systematically in safely and safety rules and procedures are strictly adhered to by all production personnel’s
• Maintaining and updating all production records and raw materials as required
• Directs operator in a safe and productive manner to maximize efficiency operation

Requirements

• Diploma Chemical Engineering at least 2-3 years of working experience in Oleochemical/ Palm Oil Refinery or related process industry
• Good analytical and problem solving
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu both written and spoken.
• Applicants must possess own transport and be willing to work in rotating shift
• Independence with highly initiative
• Possess strong supervisory, organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring production process and highlighted any related issues to the Superior and ensure products grade manufactures are according to the production plan that have been determined;
• Overseeing production activities during the shift and responsible for the smooth operation of the entire process plants and auxiliary equipment’s;
• Supervise plant operators on their routine work and ensuring the plants are operated according to the established process parameters;
• Assist in ensuring compliance to ISO/GMP requirements;
• Ensure plants are operating systematically and safely and safety rules and procedures are strictly adhered to by all production personnel’s;
• Maintaining and updating all production records and raw materials as required.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Oleochemical/ Palm Oil Refinery or related process industry required for this position;
• Able to write and understand Bahasa Malaysia and English;
• Knowledge in operation of Data Control System, SAP and ISO system is an advantages;
• Willing to work rotational shifts;
• Possess strong supervisory, organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Effective managing ISO certification and standard, the standard system documentation, internal, external audit and report on compliance
• Liaises with all department heads to develop and ensure implementation the QA strategy and define quality standards in each area
• Design, execute and maintain a QA management plan across all areas of the business, including the necessary definition, development and deployment of QA strategies that align with overall business KPIs
• Promote proactive action and handle product complaint on QA related issues
• Ensuring all certification/compliance documentations and records are maintain as per ISO requirements
• Liaise with the relevant parties on the root cause evaluation and ensure that the corrective action is implemented in an effective manner
• Promote quality awareness/ understanding to inculcate values and culture among employee and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field from the recognize education institution
• At least 2-3 years experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance and operational environment. Candidate with exposure in green/new technology, renewable energy and oleochemical/chemical process industry is an added advantage
• Solid experience defining and implementing strategic QA plans across all areas of business
• 2-3 years hands on experience on ISO quality management and its processes
• Proficient in the English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Support the research, analysis and presentation of key industry and company-specific trends
• Monitor current industry ecosystem and prepare business segment, reports and forecast

• Assist in preparing project management from original concept through final implementation by defining project scope and objectives, developing detailed work plans, schedules, engineering evaluations, project estimates, resource plans and status reports;
